About the Event

April 13th, 2021 marks the 2nd Anniversary of his passing of Curtis "Curt" Isreal Gray. To honor his "Be Great Legacy," the LLC Foundation will do a pilot release of it’s new program “Who Cracked My Egg" to engage youth, parents, faculty, businesses, and organizations to take a closer look at Mental Health through the simplicity of recipes and open dialogue. Founder, Carmen Gray, the mother of Curtis will invite the community into her kitchen Virtually to have an honest up front conversation with youth and their parents, youth leaders, teachers, community leaders, organizations and those in the health industry to join in this dynamic event where we will cook and share on these key factors:

• How to Build a Legacy: Ms. Gray will focus on sharing with young men what she instilled in her son. “Make sure the contributions you make live past your mortal body”.

• Healing from Trauma: What is trauma, how do we recognize it, and what resources can I use when trauma hits close to home

• Commitment to Be Great: The choice is your. Focus and commit to living your best life.

The recipe for this event will be shared online, so that parents and Kids can register early enough to purchase the products needed to follow along.

LLC Foundation is asking that Businesses and individuals who want to get involved register online for the event. The event is FREE to the public, however we NEED sponsors, donations both monetary and in-kind. Our goal is to raise enough money to offer 24/7 tele-health support from Mental Health Therapists who can assist and be available if a young person is in crisis and needs immediate help. In-Kind donations for Mental Health Therapists to participate in this event will be greatly welcomed.

*We will partner with several licensed therapists to be on stand-by throughout this event if attention is needed virtually.
